Max Weinberg

Joined The E Street Band on August 23rd, 1974.

Max's sticks sizes are 5B's (for when he's with The E Street Band) and 3A's for when he's on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" (1993). Max uses the same equipment no matter where he's performing, the folling drum and cymbal sizes: a 14x24 bass drum, 9x13 and 16x16 toms, a 5 1/2x14 snare, 14in hi-hats, a 20in ride, a 17in thin crash, and an 18in medium-thin crash.

He and the E Street Band (including Steve Van Zandt, Garry Tallent, Vini Lopez, David Sancious, Roy Bittan, Nils Lofgren, Patti Scialfa, Ernest "Boom" Carter, the late Clarence Clemons, and the late Danny Federici) were inducted into the 2012 New Jersey Hall of Fame for their services and contributions to music.
