He and Jennifer became the parents of fraternal twins, Emme Maribel Muñiz, born at 12:12 am (5 lbs, 7 oz) and Maximilian "Max" David Muñiz, born at 12:13 am (5 lbs, 13 oz) in Long Island, New York on February 22, 2008, by C-section.

Jennifer and their twins were featured on the front cover of People magazine's March 11, 2008 issue when they were four weeks old. People paid $6 million for the photos.
